How do offers work?+
On any listing marked “Make an Offer” you can submit the price you'd pay. We accept, decline, or counter — usually within 24 hours. Offers expire after 48 hours, you can make up to 5 offers per item, and an accepted offer must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance or it's released. Lowball offers below an item's hidden floor are declined automatically.
How do auctions work?+
We occasionally put an item up for timed auction — it takes over the homepage with a live countdown. Auctions use a soft close: any bid in the final 10 minutes extends that item's timer, so sniping doesn't work. You can set a maximum bid and the system bids for you in published increments. There is no buyer's premium — ever.
How do I know the cards are authentic?+
Every graded card shows its certification number with a direct link to the grader's live registry (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC) — verify it yourself before buying. Raw cards and jerseys come with detailed photos, our published condition scale, and provenance notes. Jerseys include their authentication (LOA/COA) details on the listing.
What payment methods do you accept?+
PayPal (including card payment via PayPal guest checkout) and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC and more). All prices are in USD. More payment options are coming.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?+
Everything ships from Israel. Standard tracked delivery runs 10–21 business days; express runs 2–7. Orders of $500+ always ship express with insurance and signature. See the Shipping page for exact pricing.
Do I pay customs or import tax?+
Possibly — we ship DAP, meaning your country's import duty/VAT (if any) is billed to you on arrival. US buyers currently pay ~10% import duty; EU buyers pay their local VAT. Details on the Shipping page.
What is the Hall of Fame section?+
The permanent collection — our most important pieces. Some are marked “Not for sale”: they're displayed for the story, not the price tag. That said, serious offers on anything are always heard.
What's your return policy?+
If an item arrives not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — return for refund or an agreed resolution. Because every item is one of a kind and photographed extensively, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
